Thrax faces away from the Librarian and whispers a barely audible prayer to the Machine God.

[Gerhart]

With a nod, 'Very well Brother Ivanov. Varian on your move.' Thadios says patting Thrax on the shoulder guard as he passes.

Mobilizing again through the passages of the derelict their progress is repeatedly halted and detoured as they attempt to navigate around the destruction. The team finds its way to what used to be a ladderwell. However, the stairs are no longer present at their level. At the bottom of the shaft is a ruined twisted pile of metal that the Marines can only presume was once the ladderwell, roughly forty feet below.

[Gerhart]

'Well the drop is not too far, it is just the spikey bits at the bottom.' Thadios says with a shrug. 'Ideas?'

[Talon Lord Othrim]

"Brot......... Templar Thrax I have been looking at the damage this vessel has sustained. Can you see any evidence of explosive residue? Shrapnel? I mean I could understand the external hull torn open but the internals?"

[Apulo]

"The metal of the outer hull is melted, no evidence of explosive damage. This however, was definitely explosive."

Magron leaned over the gaping hole. "Brother Thadios, I could climb down using my Claws and shift some of the debris."

[Gerhart]

'Yes Brother your claw would make that easy. It would have to be twenty meters atleast to effect us. Though clearing debris would be good, get on it Brother.' He says nodding to Magron.

Magron nods and jumps into the hole that used to be a stairwell. As soon as his shoulders clear the hole he drives his claws into the walls and braced his legs against the walls him stopping his descent. Slowly, using his claws, he made his way down the shaft until he reached the bottom. Holding there he looked for a place to leap to out of the way of the debris.

After spotting a clear place to land, Magron swings and leaps. His boot catches on a piece of metal and he stumbles before hitting his helmetted head on the bulkhead. He shook his head and stood up and looked around the room, waiting for something to come out or happen from his mishap. Lighting Claws ready.

[Gerhart]

'Well done Brother. No time like the present then. Thrax, can your old bones make the jump?' Thadios says with a laugh in his voice. Thadios jumps, attempting to time a roll with his landing to break the force of the fall.

[Gerhart]

Easily making the jump Thadios comes up out of a roll, unsheathing his Bolter and scanning the nearest exit point. 'Lets go Brothers, my plan to avoid the elevator has cost us enough time.'

Magron moves out of the way as Thadios comes jumping down. "Brother!" He said "I did not expect you to come down so soon. I was going to slag the rest of this." Indicating the rest of the pile. "So everyone has a safer landing."

[Apulo]

Thrax leaps down the shaft digging his servo arms into the wall in an attempt to slow his descent.

Varian leaps down the shaft.

Thrax leaps, manages to grab a hold of the wall with his servo arm, and bounces off the wall of the shaft. The arm manages to slow his descent until the metal gives out about 15ft from the ground, whereupon he falls the rest of the way, landing on his back.

When he regains his breath he says "That could have gone... better."

He looks toward the Marines and asks "When you're finished laughing, can you help me up Brothers?"

[Zero]

Varian smirks as he gracefully lands near Thrax, coming up at the ready. He offers a hand to Thrax and says. "Here you go Brother."

[Apulo]

Thrax accepts the hand up. "Thank you Brother. I'm not sure what happened there, I calculated my velocity and trajectory correctly. I should have landed safely."

He shakes his head as if to clear it and brings his bolter to the ready.

[Talon Lord Othrim]

Surrounding himself in negative ions Ivanov pushes them down against the floor. A light blue nimbus begins to form around him and as it builds his form begins to lift. By manipulating the flow he begins to float forward out over the shaft and slowly as he allows it to dissipate from him little by little he gently glides soundlessly down to the floor below to rejoin the other marines. Soon his mind begins to fategue as the warp lashes at his mind to break his consentration. He lands heavy, but stable.

[Gerhart]

'Good we are all here, some more gracefully then others.' He says in a friendly tone glancing at Thrax. 'Brother Varian on you.' Patting Varian on the shoulder, and a nod towards Brother Ivanov in concern.
