[Talon Lord Othrim]

The wieght of his mistake dawns on him as the warband rush his possition. quickly they surround him shouting and screaming spears pointed and arrows drawn.
He see's a familiar face. The female Goblin he encountered in the forest with lord Algen walks forward. She obviously holds a possition of power as she wears decorative feathers and has 2 guards.

Lorundil knowing he was out numbered lowered his bow and surrendered hoping to have it life saved for short amount of time.

She steps forward once the others have removed his weapons.

"You elf," she spits on the floor, "have cos me dearly. The lives of many of my kin are now fortit due to your meddling. How should you be punished for such interferance?"

"Stupid Goblin. You think I would have cone here alone. There is over twenty warriors from the villages surrounding the forest to put down the whole lot of you. If you ran now you might survive. If not then I think you best be praying to whatever passes for your god." Spoke Lorundil clearly and loudly.

She stares at him as if trying to gage if his comments are true. The others around them tho are sufficiently spooked. He can see them look from on to another and out into the surounding wilderness. One of them talkes in it's harsh gutteral tones and she snaps back.

"Tie him next to the other one and we will leave them for Carnack. That should keep them busy till we can get up into the mountains."

The greenskin minions rag him to a stake in the ground and bind him to it hands and feet. Then he watches as they quickly pack what possesions they can carry.

Lorundil wondered what this beast the Goblins spoke of but was thankful for the goblins stupidity which allowed him to have a better chance of escape.

First Lorundil decided to check the stake for any sharp points which could be used to release himself from the stake. Goblins aren't known for greatly crafted items....

As Lorundil struggles with the ropes binding his hands to free himself a dark shadow shoots past him. Looking up he see's nothing then hears a deafening sound. His attention is drawn to the rocky outcrops.

Lorundil continues searching for some kind of sharp points on the stake which he could use to free his hands. He is searching more since hearing the sound and knowing he will be easy pickings for this beast the Goblins had been luring.

With a little bit of luck he manages to fray the rope enough to snap it.

With Lorundil's bindings now removed he reaches down and undoes his leg's bindings.

With himself freed from the stake searches for his weapons. If the Goblins left them that is.

Unable to find his equipment he can but only watch as the Manticore takes to the sky and swooping lands in the camp clearing.

"H-h-help m-m-mee" A voice from behind him calls out.

Lorundil had forgot about the other tied up and ran over to undo their bindings.

"Hold still a moment. I will have these bindings off in a second. Once they are off get to somewhere safe!" Said Lorundil as he untied the bindings around the other captive's arms and legs.

As Lorundil hastens to undo the captive the manticore lands in a rush of air, roars and whips out with it's tail....

Lorundil attempts to dodge the manticore's tail.

As Lorundil attempted to dodge he was too slow for the speed of the Manticore's tail. It struck deep into Lorundil's left shoulder an Lorundil let out a screech of pain as it broke through his skin and pentrated further into his untouched flesh.

The bindings break and the captive is free'd. He thows up his hands and begins to utter strange words.

Aloud crack of lightning shoots from his ourstreched hands and arc's towards the beast.

The lightning crackles across it's great leathery wings and arcs though it's powerfull form to the floor. It shreeks and rears taking slowly to the air in retreat.

Lorundil on the ground from the manticore's strike which ripped open his shoulder decides to try and find a weapon which could be used not only defend himself but so he can help defeat the Manticore.
