The first bit of luck he finds are the tracks of a mountain lion. As he follows the tracks he is lead to a cave high up on the mountainside.

Moving carfully he makes his way past the mouth of the cave. Again he resumes looking and it does not take long. Laying against a rock he can see the mountain lion basking in the mid morning sun.

The arrow pierces the hind quarters of the mountain cat. Tho by no means a killing blow it's movement hampered. It yelps and howls and with a limping gate makes for the shelter of the cave.

The arrow finds it's mark. Entering inbetween the shoulder blades from above the mountain lion drops, feet from the cave mouth.

Lorundil with a grim look upon his face from causing the beast needless pain went and attempt to remove the arrows from the Lion as well as its fur and pelt.

The arrows come out cleanly.
make a roll pls. 4-24 = poor, 25-49 = common, 50-74 = good, 75-97 = exquisit. These are the results for the quality of the skin. The higher the quality the more you can sell it for at market. As you have now a trade I have added it to your bio.
His first attempt at skinning left him a little dissalusioned. If he was to make this his living he would need to get much better. Lord Algen had made it look easy with the rabbits.

Lorundil leaves the skinned carcass and heads back down the mountain slope. There are many tracks around the place but most are old. Some new however belong to bi-pedal owners, who wear boots. Their small size and gate indicate they could be no taller then 2 or 3 ft. Goblins!

Lorundil decided to find the Goblins and put them down before they manage to gather their forces again and try to take the land of Lord Algen away again.

Ahead in the gloom dusk Lorundil can see the light of several fires. As he approaches he can see the Goblin warband. What catches his attention most it the young human, ties to a stake in the ground. He has been beaten severly, one eye swolen shut and his lip split in several areas. With the additional cuts and bruises it makes it very hard for him to work out the mans age.

The arrow flies straight and true and drops the goblin on the spot. This however did not go un-noticed and an alarm is raised!!

At quick count 15 or so Goblins rush about looking out into the darkness for the origin of the arrow.
