[Talon Lord Othrim]

The creatures blade finds it's mark and slides into Lord Algens side. He falters and it goes in for the kill. The other attacks Lorundil.

He knows he can only defend against one of the attacks....

Lorundil goes to defend Lord Algen and leaves himself exposed to the other Goblin.

Rushing in Lorundil deflects the goblins attack on Lord Algen. The price however was a slash across his back. Again Lorundil finds himself outnumbered.

Lorundil quickly tries to defend himself from the Goblins.

Lorundil attempts to defend from the Goblins but ends up with his left leg taking a slash and begins to bleed. Unknown how deep the slash is.

Seeing the blood drawn the goblins hunger to kill again they attack.

Lorundil in despiration tries to stop another bloodthirsty attack from the Goblins.

Lorundil fails to stop another relentless attack and the Goblins tear into his other leg.

The Goblins sence the death of the elf is close. They circle him like sharks in the water. Lord Algen forgotten about thrusts his spear through one that had his back to him leaving only one.

Lorundil given new hope attempts to finally kill the last Goblin.

Lorundil fails to defend from the Goblin's attack but the managed to block most of the attack. Lorundil's ripped open right leg was caught by the attack and opened the wounds some more.

Seeing it's chance the Goblin goes in for the kill a thrust to the chest.

Lorundil with fear stained in his eyes does his final defence with his possible last action.

Lorundil seeing the Goblin's charge at his chest quickly pulled up his sword and stabbed the Goblin's arm making him stop his charge.

Lorundil began an attack of his own aimed at the chest of the Goblin.

Wide eyed the Goblin looks down at the blade protruding from it's chest. It looks up to Lorundil and say's something in it's own language. Slowly it slides backwards off his blade and drops to the floor.

Lorundil had a sigh of relief.

Quickly (as quickly as he could seeing as his legs have been cut open and are bleeding.) Lorundil went to check if Lord Algen was ok.

"Lord Algen! Are you ok?!" Shouted Lorundil as he looked around for Lord Algen.

Lord Algen holds a wad of cloth to his side. "Aye lad I'll be fine. More blubber than blood for those cretins. But you on the other hand here, lets bing your wounds before you bleed out."

Cutting some stripps of cloth from his shirt he bends down and begins to bind the gash to Lorundil's leg. "Looks worse than it is. Your lucky it was not deeper or this would have been a wasted effort."

He sits exhausted on the ground and looks over to the now well burning hut.

"Well least we won't be cold for the rest of the night."

"Guess not." Laughed Lorundil as he looked at the burning woodcutter's hut.

"This is nothing. Just a scratch." Laughed Lorundil as he wipes away some of the blood.

"Still," he replies, "I hope this is the last of the excitment that we have tonight."

He lays back looking up at the stars, listening to the crackle of the roaring fire.

Lorundil lies back and starts to fall asleep awaiting the next day.

You wake, the light of the morning sun glistens through the tree's. The air thick with the smell of smoke.

Lord Algen stood by the remains of the burnt hut. He held a goblin blade in his hands, turning it over in his hands in deep thought.

Lorundil rose up from the ground seeing the burnt down hut and moved over to Lord Algen to see what their next move would be.

"Lord Algen. Good morning. Where should we move to now?" Asked Lorundil checking his arrows and blade were ready.
