That won't stop my dad and brother from doing it. They'll probably go ahead and end up killing/scarring mall-goers for life.

I think it'd be a good idea if two polls were started voting for what we'd do if GW con, one for the UK, the other US.

I agree...like I said, I simply cannot afford going to the UK, so a US con would be much easier for me to swing

Remember if this happens it's the dark distant future. So any discussion now is irrelevant, which is why there is no official post.

Though when it occurs, it'll be split into US and EU posts. I'm hoping to angle my holiday to the Uk to hit both conventions

it would be awsome if we had a convention here in the states, but if we had three or so in differnet areas like the west coast, east coast and central it would better, that way if people cant afford to go to one they can go to another, for instance i live in california and dont know if i could afford a cross country trip still an awsome idea

Not enough members for that. It would likely be a coast, and a transport hub for travel as well.

It's the sad truth people won't be able to attend. Nothing stopping people arranging meet and greets nearby tho
