he shakes his head and leads yo uto the infirmary.

 

'lets get you all patched up val...Than we go..The base should be secured...Well be allight for now."

She pushed at him with the one hand that wasn't covering her face. "Dammit Toren don't assume we're safe. You can't have done a full check by yourself. We need to get out of here. Now."

you feel a sharp sudden pain and the world begins to darken. "im sorry val...But your in no shape.."

 

the world goes dark.

 

Your vision swims in and out but you notice toren sitting beside you in a char, weathicng your vitals clo9sely.

 

your vision swims again and you wake up again some time later. The room is absolutely dark, and an odd smell  fills the air. You notice toren still i nthe shadows, silent, unmoving.

Valkyrie's breath was shallow and quick. She barely remembered being drugged. Had Toren finally given in to Command and their demands for her to be taken out of the ranks due to her condition. She glanced down at her companion again before scanning the room. It was dark other than her monitors and that was odd. She shifted her hand to her hip, searching for her knife.

you notice something, a figure standing just above your view of vision.

 

Two glowing red lenses consider you, and a low chuckle filsl the air.

 

"Hello hun...Sorry i had to jet before......but i had to turn in the data.."

 

He sits beside your bedside in a friendly manner.

 

"how are you feeling..."

"Go to hell you Nazi scum." Her voice was cold and cruel. Valkyrie kept her left eye shut tight, now was not the time to be having flashbacks. Hatred welled up in her, and in a quick movement she spat at him.

the spit hits his eye lense with a loud splat and krausus laughs.

 

 

"Now thats not nice.."

 

Suddenly the feeling of a tight grip squeezes around her throat cutting off her air for several moments before her gaze begisn to swim. Jsut as she was about to pass out her throat is let go and she can breathe again./

 

"now.."

 

krausus laughs, tapping waht sounds like a pen or pencil agasint a notepad.

 

"On a scale of 1 to invading russia in the winter....How stupid was it to fight me?"

Valkyrie gasps and coughs violently as the pressure is lifted from her throat. She feels a worry in the back of her mind. Anger helped her focus enough to encase her hand in ice and she took a full swing at the bastards head.

he ducks quickly and your fist connects with your comrades face, sending his head flying across the room and landing with a sickening crunch agasint the floor.

 

"tsk tsk tsk.

 

"krasusu  chides.... watching you carefully.

 

"Sure he was dead......But was that necessary."

"I'm not going to play your games!" Ice crystals solidified around her and she whipped them around with the speed of a gale, creating a deadly whirlwind around her.

Krausus sighs and removes his helmet looking at her severely .

" listen to me you little bitch."

He strikes her hard in the face , breaking her concentration .

" I'm trying to teach you something and you're fighting me about it."

Valkyrie catches herself against the wall. Her right eye was watering from the hit so she resigned herself to open her left one. It only took a second before the vision flashed into her mind.


She was weak from blood loss and she was using all of her concentration to freeze the man solid.


Valkyrie pulled herself from the vision, covering her eye again. She grimaced, "Dammit."

" you're strong."

Krausus growls, standing.

" and you're fighting for the wrong side ..... Open your eyes girl ... This world is dying and your military strangles the life out of the people of this land. "

He stops in front of her and stares into her eye.

" am I asking you to defect, no. But I am telling you to think ... You didn't for here because I let you breathe."


He turns to the door and begins walking toward it.

Valkyrie feels the blackout coming on this time and as much as she tried to fight it, it overtook her.


She straightened. "You nosy mind readers. That was meant for me wasn't it? You're quite the brute, picking on such a pretty lady."

he looks at the wall.

 

"I dont have time to sit here and argue with you parasite.......I want you safe....I owe somone that much."

"Ah, he only plays with the ladies. I see how it is." She feigned hurt. "So, in my sister's words, "I don't need help from a Nazi dog." and in mine, she already has someone looking over her. Who gave you any right to step into her life?"

krausus reaches into his coat, and tosses a severed head into the floor before you.

Jones....YOur handler. The man who took countless falls for you lands in front of you, eyes glazed and dead.

"Holy shit! Where were you hiding that head!?" Valkyrie looks at Krausus in shock for a few moments before busting up. She calmed down rather quickly, holding out her hands in defense.

 

"On a more serious note, she liked Jones. Its disappointing to hear he was a double agent. I'll give you a little advice, assassin. My sister isn't easily swayed in her ways or beliefs. Tell us a good story that she can listen to when she's awake."

annoyed krausus turns and raises his arm, you are lifted from your feet and forced agasint the wall.

 

"Im done talking to you/.."

 

he whispers, before a blazing pain fills your mind. White hot pain surges through your eyes, right down to the center of your core as the second personality is forced back into his box.

 

"I came to speak to the girl...not you parasite."

Valkyrie screams as her consciousness is forced back into control. In a massive, confusing rush her mind is overloaded with the missing lapses of time. "Get...out....of.....my......head!!!!" She forced a massive blast of power out from her core.
