I would suggest for Firbanes character that Nox takes control. School is piling it on as he nears the end of his degree. Davious, I have no idea, though due to the inactivity I figure he's busy and moved on.

From what I can see me, Grimaldus, and nosk are onboard with the trials and the last two are unaccounted for.

I guess respond as though the other two had given a negative response. Davious and Bethor say that they have no desire to be a part of local customs.

"Only Brother Jurgen, brother Davian and Me will participate in your trial Caele Rylus" said Hannibal at last after a few moments of silence

"I see." The Caele replies. "I thank you for honoring the traditions of my people. Alkedere will brief you and prepare your men for the trial. I hope that this step may be the first step of a forseeable peace between your Imperium and the people of Aurum." So saying he turns and departs, leaving you alone with Alkedere.

"Noble Warriors." She begins. "I will need you to forsake your weapons and armor."

"May I ask why?" The Iron hand said as he instinctivly placed a bionic hand on his bolter.

Alkedere raises a questioning eyebrow. "The Trial of Proving is to prove a warrior's worth. All Auran warriors go into the trial with only their hands and heads." She smirks at the Astartes. "Unless you are saying an Auran man is more than a match for your mighty armor and weapons."

"Brothers, leave your weapons, we are Astartes, son of the Emperor" hannibal then turn to fix his gaze on Alkedere "our weapons will be safe here, correct?"

[Domine Nox]

Alkedere nods. "I have been assured by the Caele that your equipment will be safely guarded here." She says. "If that is unacceptable however we understand, and I will gladly accompany you to the mission so that you may entrust your equipment to Father Marius."

[Armoured Priest]

After a moment of consideration "I suppose I should trust you and your warriors since th[/align]e caele trust us for the trials." Tarrus said.

The vox link chimes in as Alkedere waits for Hannibal and Tarrus to hand over their weapons and armor.

"Deathwatch team, this is Rogue Trader Lan. I have received transmission from Erioch that Davious and Bethor are to return to the landing area. There has been a change."

"Understood Rogue trader" said Hannibal over the vox, after that he place his weapons in front of Alkedere

"Aye? For better or worse rouge trader?" He asked as he showed the natives how to remove the armour from the astartes without damaging the battle plate.

Sauntering towards the team, shoulders swaying with each step, Seig approached the marines as they removed their armor as if this were a common occurrence for him. Recessed within the hood of his chapter stamped cloak-like cape, the eyes of his helmet flashed a bold red with each light source he passed. As he neared, he slowed his gait to an even more casual pace, head slowly panning over the individuals present from behind the high collar of his Mark VIII collar.

From his meeting with the two marines he was sent to replace during this part of the mission, he had gathered that they were to undergo some 'rite of passage' - but the information was too lacking for his taste as the briefing had been one driven in haste. The removal of the armor seemed to be a must, so without question he ran a quick diagnostics before beginning the process of separating his armor from the carapace beneath - air tight seals hissing as they gave way.

"I have been sent to replace your comrades. " He suddenly announced in a low, cold voice. "A Templar of Blood to replace two Angels." The words came gruff, almost judgmental.

Hannibal turn to see the newly arrive, "welcome brother, Im Hannibal of the Raptors chapter, whats your name brother astarte...and please give your weapons to Alkedere so we may begin the rites"
