A malicious smile plays over Slaught's lips. He brought forth his axe, and set the bladed end to the ground, holding the handle before him. Even thought a part of him yearned for the battle, he was interested in seeing where this was going..

The battle below continued for some time but the result was enevitable to Slaught. The defences of the caravan fell. As the wagons were raided for whatever they possessed those defenders still alive were bound and grouped together. Some of the women of the group were dragged off either behind rocks or into the back of the wagons.

Slaught watched with pleasure as the battle below unfolded before him. As the Renegades claimed their victory, he took his axe and started walking towards the fallen caravans. He did nothing to hide his presence, he simply strode straight at them, holding his axe in a non-threatening way, if that was even possible..

As Slaught gets closer to the scene of carnage some of the mounted renegades spy him and move to surround him. "Ho there whats your business here worrior?"

As the riders await his responce Slaught can see on one of the horses saddles, the one ridden by the speaker of the group, A circle with 8 arrows, the symbol for the Gods undivided.

After observing the riders and confirming his suspicion that they were followers of the true way, Slaught realizes that he's almost disappointed.. It would have been good to corrupt them...
"I shall trade words with your leader.." Slaught told them in a level voice.

[Talon Lord Othrim]

"Really?" the lead rider says. The other rides chuckle amongst themselves. "And what makes you think they want to 'trade words' with you?"

[Iron K]

"You find something funny..?" Slaught growls at the other riders, then turn to the lead rider. "Who says they have a choice..?"

[Talon Lord Othrim]

"Very well." he says a nd turns his horse. "Keep him here." he says to the others as he begins to ride back to the encampment.

[Iron K]

Slaught waits patiently with his axe before him, bladed end to the ground, shaft before him. A thought occurs to him to slaughter all his guards, to make a better first impression, but he dismisses it. Things did not work the same here, as they did in the chaos wastes..

A short while later the rider comes back. "This way." A path is opened in the circle and Slaught is escorted into the camp ground. The prisoners are being lead into large caged wagons. Chained to one another. Those dead or dieing pilled to one side. A man stands all in black leather armour, twin blades strapped to his back. His bearing shows he is a capable worrior. He looks over to Slaught, a jagged scar run's down his right cheek intersecting a milk white eye.

"Well well well. My lord what are you doing this far from the wastes?" again the others chuckle untill he shoots them a murderouse glance indicaing he was not teasing the armoured worrior.

[Iron K]

"Greetings Warrior. I complement you on your work here. It was very.. ..amusing.. ..to observe. I am on a Champions journey to Praag. As you mention, I have not ventured outside the Wastes for some time now, so I wish to hear news from Praag and the surrounding country of Kislev. Can you assist me in this..?"

[Talon Lord Othrim]

"The Cursed City?" He responds, "Ha! we are on our way there with our new 'merchendice'. They should fetch a pretty coin at auction at the black market as long as we keep out of the way of the Griffons. There's a war on there."

[Iron K]

"A war you say..? Interesting..." Slaught says, seemingly to himself.
"Then I will accompany you to Praag. I think you will have no objections against that.. I also need to acquire a horse. Can you see to that need, or will I have to take one myself?"

[Talon Lord Othrim]

"There are several horses here. Just unhitch one from a wagon. The rest are our to sell. We shall be leaving in an hour or so. Your welcome to join us." He laughs, "it's not like any of my men will be able to stop you anyways."

"You're not just an able warrior, you are wise too.. I will not slow you down, and during the journey, you will have my axe." Slaught says and inclines his head slightly.

Turning away from the warrior, Slaught moves too search for a worthy steed.

Several of the horses shy away from the Chaotic worrior as he approached however one, a stout shire, seems to regard him with devout disintrest.
