one of the men stops suddenly and ducks under your strike, lashing out with a clumsy kick that you barely dodge to the right of , and connects roughly with your side.

 

 the blow staggers you a bit and he removes his jacket, pulling out two knives.

 

"Fucking demons.... They always said youd come."

Aella chuckled roughly at his words, an arm guarding her now sore side protectively, eyeing the exposed weapons. Where was the other guy? She tried to listen to the area around her, to lessen the chance of her being ambushed behind while her gaze never left the man in front of her. "How nice of you to wait around for me."

[Thugren]

he comes at you clumsily, striking out with the blades held in a reverse grip.

 

" The church said youd come... That your kind would kill us all. And here you are! butchering us!"

[Oce]

Aella's shoulder burned dully, and though the rage she felt let her ignore it easily, the muscles were still heavily damaged, limiting the use of one of her arms to the point she resorted to simply using it defensively. She tried to bat away at least one of his blades and retaliate with a horizontal slash that intended to bite deeply into the base of his neck.

the blade bites deep, and the man gags, clutching at your forearm to try and pul lthe blade out to stop it from ending him

Aella grinned ferally as his struggling caused the blade to wiggle, further parting his skin, before drawing her machete back in a slicing motion before kicking ruthlessly at his knee. She had to get to Caitlyn.

the man dies in a pathetic burble and you break out, seeing melinko down belo, completely lost in the battle song as Caitlyn stands behind him, digging her knives into his back to goad the headtaker into further rage with pain and nerves

Aella's strides are long as she bounds down the steps in order to quickly rejoin with her squad, able to ignore Caitlyn's form of goading. It was something Aella barely was unable to understand, but something she respected overall as rage equaled power to all of the Headtakers.

something stops you. SOmething is wrong. The woerld seems to blur and for a moment, one second you see something completely different.

 

WHere melinko stands, a scarred beast froths and attacks. He lashes at the enemy with tooth and claw, bearing them down as the song swells.  You know this takendown, the zealots call, a brutal over the shoulder slam that leads to a decaptitation with the weapons, but melinko betins to claw and tear at his foe, working himn into a bloody pulp.

 

"Stop yo usadist!"

 

you hear someone shout, and yuko punches caitlyn hard in the stomach,m shattering the illusion for you and defogging your mind as melinko sways, swaying drunkelny before falling fdacedown.

 

caitlyn vomits up her stomach, fallign to her knees and kneeling in the dirt as yuko runs to the downed headtaker and checks his pulse, reaching into her bag for a stimm of adrelanine as caitlyn winces.

 

"Went too far..... Almost pushed him into the dark.."

Aella's eyes flash as Yuko's fist slams into Caitlyn- more disturbed by that than the beast lashing out. She lumbered forward, standing over her hunched over lover protectively as her lips curled back in a nearly feral act. It wasn't that the redhead was oblivious to the situation; she was mostly conscious of it, but it still was her Caitlyn who was assaulted. Her glare was firmly on Yuko, though it was clear that the headtaker was reacting defensively, the fact Aella wouldn't lash out was a challenge to see. 

 

After several tense seconds, Aella finally managed to speak: "Will we be able to move him?"

no./..If we do his orgonas are gonna fall out of him... "

 

yuko says with a slightly disgusted edge to her voice.

 

"Whatever yo uare planning or needed melinko for is done, hes out of the operation... You thrask and jeckely need to get moving and secure a place for us to rest. Ill handle this."

 

caitlyn lifts her lace mask and whipes blood from her mouth, a slightly shaky smile on her face.

 

"cmon...Letsd go get a place to rest.. I shouldnt have done that."

Aella had no words to say, so she simply nodded at the command, gripping Caitlyn by her arm and pulling her up. While it was more forceful than simply offering her hand, the redhead did not yank the girl to her feet, and allowed her to regain her balance by leaning into Aella's side. Her shoulder ached at the action, but she merely tightened her jaw and left in search of some place to rest.

you head upstairs and see thrask, screaming in berserk fury as he bodily smashes a poor fool through a wall and leaves him there, body broken and failing from multiple punctures.

 

"Sis."

 

the berserker says and stops, lifting an axe and hurling it down a hall to his right to be greeted by a scream.

 

"Jeckel has the outpost xcommander trapped.... Is everything ok."

 

caitlyn rubs her stomach and stands,playfully poking aella in the ribseasily, the motion settling her mood.

 

"Everything is fine brother.... Aella...Lets talk to this commander."

[Oce]

Aella raised an eyebrow at Thrask's display of brute strength. She was mildly impressed, but the poke distracted her and caused her to huff in mock indignation. "Aye, let's. Should be fun."

[Thugren]

you enter a room , and yo usee a man strapped to a chair by lengths of electrical chord. Hes been brutalized to a pulp, his face looking like mangled beef and his blonde hair bloody and messy.

 

Jeckeyl raises his head as he sees his siblings enter, setting down a length of pipe as the man spits on the floor.

 

"Demons...all of you are demons."

[Oce]

Aella raised an eyebrow at the sight; she always found that the swelling of the face was inconvenient when you want someone to talk. Still, Jeckel had captured him so she didn't bother nagging him for it. "We're demons? That knew we were coming? And yet you stood around and waited for us to show up and kill you all." The redhead clicked her tongue as she stepped further into the room, looking down at him with a smirk. "Shouldn't you know that it's hard to kill a demon? Much less a group?"

[Thugren]

he looks at aela with a grim terror in his eyes.

 

'We where offered millions to kil lyou... So we had to take the chance..... The commander wants you and the demons you are leading here dead.. And as long as his money is still good, well keep coming."

 

Jeckel hisses as Caitlyn smirks.

 

"If you leave me with him..Ill get a name for us.."

[Oce]

Aella chuckled, shaking her head, "We defeated you and your goons easily enough. I suppose that we will have to leave a river of blood in our wake." She shrugged at Caitlyn's offer, barely resisting the urge to kiss her forehead; the woman was just such a perfect combination of adorable and lethal. It just made the redhead so proud. 

"Of course," she shrugged, already heading back towards the door. The blood that still flowed from her shoulder injury was dripping down her arm and off of her fingers, which was mildly distracting to her. "Eh, or are you going to choose the easy way out and just give the name up? Not like it's going to make much of a difference for you either way."

jeckel leads you outside into the hall, and it takes a few moments before the screaming begins.

 

The sharp cry echoes down the halls , and its not until you see thrask idly poking at what appears to be a corpse do you notice how fucking loud the sound is.

 

"Should we check on melinko?"

 

The lumbering berserker huffs.

 

"I heard sister fuckd him up bad."

Aella sighed, nodding her consent before turning to Jeckel. "Stay near here just in case, okay?" Her eyes flicked back towards the room Caitlyn and the commander were in. "It would be.. unfortunate if we managed to miss a roach." She lumbered over to Thrask, lightly bumping into his side, gesturing for him to come with her, though it was fairly pointless.
