I have to agree with Iron as well Catty, I don't even LIKE smart phones or anything resembling them, but they function essentially the same as a tablet. If I HAD to get one...I'd take the phone. Just sayin...portability is key

Secondly if you had or suddenly got bad eye sight you could say the stuff on the phone is to small for you to read so a tablet being bigger would actual help you.

And if that doesn't work get Iron addicted to hearthstone then tell him he can play it on a tablet so he would buy one then you could take it from him.
