Well guys as it goes at the moment from what i have read and seen so far my choice still sits at buying a Ps4 will let you know closer to the time and if i get a Ps4 if anyone wants my psn i will post it in my profile and on here closer to the time or on the day i buy one.

Well it will be the X1 for my as I've said its got better exlusives so unless halo goes to sony I wont buy the PS4 over it. Plus xblx live is way better than PSN and since you will have to pay for that for onine play with the PS4 theres no comparison on vastly outsrtips the other (for me anyway)

I've decided to subvert this thread for my own nefarious means. I've added a poll, just curious to see who is thinking of getting what at this stage. I'll do another poll nearer launch so we can compare them for curiosity.

Personally I am getting PS4 (PSN: CruciasNZ) for the following reasons:

• Xbox One is more expensive here (by a whole new game's value)
• Xbox One has all that TV crap that don't work here
• PS4 doesn't have the sensor unless I want it
• PS4 can do used games without (added from current generation) restrictions
• PS4 has DUST 514
• I like Killzone and Halo equally, so I loose one gain one either way
• PS4 has Planetside 2
• I am buying another VITA soon
• PS+ is cheaper and has more freebies than the new XB Live

I was about to bring up that Xbox one has world of tanks (the biggest free to play MMO on PC) but then I remembered that the 360 is getting it aswell so YAY!!!

Also I wonder which console will get LOL (league of legends)

Mmmmm freaking microsoft playing with my childhood halo just because of that game you A holes arrrrggg!!! anyways i may *may* get a xbox one after his price drops and see how it fared during that time but at launch im going ps4 seems alot more friendly to me

After everything we've been told I'll be sticking with my pc and 360. Can always upgrade a pc and the 360 will still have new releases for a few years to come.

Ok, first thing is that PSN is terrible compared to XBL (even though as of right now I plan to get the PS4 I am not happy bout it)

Second thing is that LoL is gonna suck ass on console because the controls are gonna be impossible, that game is fantastic on PC only because you can hotkey everything

Two things Spider:

1) PSN is getting a complete makeover to make it more social and faster to navigate, we haven't seen it yet so all I can do is hope it doesn't suck as bad as it does right now.

2) XB1, PS3 and PS4 can handle mouse and keyboard input - so the potential to just straight port is there

1)Makes sense, I didnt know about the makeover but as of right now it gets hacked a lot...

Only if the dumbass developers enable it. Most developers only allow gamepad input for the PS3, DUST 514 has both and gamepad does suffer

I voted PS4 but I am seriously considering a Gaming PC.

I won't be purchasing at launch at any rate. Will wait to see what gremlins are in the respective consoles before parting with my cash.
