I thought this wasn't even in development yet and that they were currently working on world are warplanes.
They're simultaneous projects. The goal is to have "World of Warfare" operational by Q4 2014 from memory.
World of Warfare is the joining of all 3 of them, you can drive a tank while people fly above you and provide naval support from offshore; kind of similar to Planetside 2 in levels of interactivity and complexity
