Not really, there are some rounds that are explosive (such as the AA12) just put a propulsion system in the shells and you get the rocket rounds. What launchers have to worry about is the backdraft, but considering these are the size of a 12 gauge (or I'm guessing so) that wouldn't be much of an issue.
