And I think it's too early to start considering doing other games, we'd all just split apart and end up playing the games each of us want to and end up not being in a group.

In future in a few months and with more numbers it'd definitely be something to consider though.

I think we should get organised all on to the same server first, and vote on an XO as well (the current poll should be finished soon) before we get the faction onto the site.
And remember, if you don't like the current outcome for clan representative, remember I voted for Palin . But yeah in all seriousness we'd all make decisions as a group, leader is a representative and with no special powers over the rest of the group as we discussed from Jokers idea.

How you run the place behind closed doors is up to you, we only require 1 nominated Leader and XO for dealing with Council of Leader stuff and applications. Quite a few chapters here run on an internal council with designated "speaker" setup.

I have the group and forums ready to go, all you guys need is the names of who the fuck is who and the banner

The poll is gonna close in a few hours so I'll put up the XO one when it does. Seems like I won (honestly thought it'd go to Joker or Palin) If I don't perform well in practice especially with how busy I've been and am about to be in the next month with exams, driving theory test, and work experience, remember there's always a possibility of a re-vote. That said I'll do my best at it.

So for XO I have it down that this is everyone who is interested? Tell me if I missed anyone out or if your not interested in the XO position.

I imagine the XO will also be a representative for group especially when the leader isn't available, so if Im leader then someone in the opposite time zone like in North America would be most ideal.

Replaced the image with a URL, it must require you to see it on the site before linking offsite. Once you have Leader and Banner you can have the group, XO is not an immediate requirement

I can't think of a better name (Im terrible at naming :/ ), so I'd vote for this one.

Check the default Avatar gallery, there's like 6 different versions of that Avatar in different colours.

It would be quite hard to do that unless you're skilled with Photoshop and had a clear vision of how you want it to look. If yes to the above then good luck ^^

I would happily be xo but I don't think I'm allowed by site rules, I'm already xo of the death korps, if I'm allowed though I will happily be xo, but as we said earlier in this long thread it will all be a democracy as we all have good knowledge of this game and we each all have different knowledge to provide to the group.

Edit: I thought about that one to Draco and as you already know my love of the tiger meaning I have a strong love for all German tanks so the name you also suggested gothic wars 1st panzer division sounds great.
