In my personal opinion... being that I suck major ass in 1v1's but I don't perform too shabby in clan matches I think that 1v1's can help in certain situations and with certain classes but do not overall make you perform better... it just means that you are good at killing stuffs
edit: Fuzzy we still need to arrange that 1v1 at some point

As far as I remember you play heavy bolter correct? If so that is a defensive class in which case most of this doesn't apply. This mainly applies to aggressive or passive-aggressive play styles.
About our 1v1, how's this weekend sound?
I don't think Farther's For Justice will allow you in the protest where you will be running around on a really high roof while pissed off your face
