[Talon Lord Othrim]

"Very well, but I would certainly not say you have nothing to offer. You dispatched that assassin with nothing but that little blade you have there and that is no mean feat! I have noticed how you talk about your staff tho. So an honest answer for and honest answer?"

He smiles warmly at you. The sky begging to lighten as the sun is born anew.

"Okay, What was all this about? If I will follow You, I guess, I kind of need to know what all this was about?" she asks her question one more time...

"Very well," He replies. " There are some within my order that believe that I have turned from the light and now deal with dark forces. They have sent their spy's and assassins after me to end my life. They are however finding it a little more difficult. I hoped to spare you but you would not leave me. For that I am greatfull."

"Well, have You done that? Turned from the light?" she asks carefree.
"No, you saved my life, and I just don't walk away from a thing like that." she smiles at him while nervously tapping the staff...

He studies her carefuly for a moment.

"Yes, yes I have. But what bothers me is that they don't have any evidence to prove that!"

Again he smiles at her.

"We all have our..... darker sides now don't we. Sometimes the only way to win in a fight is to break a few rules. Wouldn't you agree?"

Again he studies her face.

She stop tapping the staff and just looked at him thoughtfully.

"I haven't seen it like that before.. I think rules are unnecessary.
As long as You get the job done, it doesn't matter how.."
*Hmm... I think Sticky said that once...* She thinks to herself while looking at the Inquisitor.

"Why do you want me to follow You then, Mr Inquisitor Harker?" she says confused.
"If You are on that kind of travel, then You need to find people that are on the same journey...?"

He looks to the staff and then to you.
" You talk often to your staff as though it is alive. I have seen a thoughtfull look upon your face as if listening to a silent voice in reply. I did not make it into my position by ignoring the signs of mage play. Tho.." He lowers his voice to a bear whisper, "I do not believe you have been properly instructed by the College in Nuln. Some may call you 'witch' and have you burned but non dare question an inquisitorial agent. You could have used your gifts when we were attacked but you showed restraint. A skill not common among witch's. I thought it better to keep you near me than behind me."

Again he flashes a cheeky smile.

She looks at him without showing anything of her feelings or thoughts, while he talk.

"You're good, Mr Inquisitor Harker..." was the only thing she could say when He talked about her and her life.
"But I'm not a witch.."

After a minute of thoughts she looks at Sticky and then back at the Inquisitor.

"Well, it's Your choice if You want to have me near You. I'm just glad to have some company and someone to talk to.. Except, well..." She says while looking at the staff.

"See Sticky, this wasn't so bad, was it?" She says really happy suddenly!

He chuckles. "Just call me Harker. Titles are good for scaring the mindless." He stands tall and looks about the square from the brim of his wide hat. "The sun is beginning to rise. I take it you have no place to stay?"

"The last place I were at was a swamp, so I would definitely say that You are correct in that, so as long as it is better then the marsh, I can say that I can go wherever You want to!" she says and shivers of the feelings from the last place...

"But I have something to do first" she says while walking to one of the stalls and bought a flower. She put it in her hair and looked at the Inquisitor again.
"Now I'm ready!" she says with a smile.

He gives her a look over and chuckles. We are going to have to work on our harsh inquisitorial persona. You look far to nice to be a bitch of the Inquisition. Come, I know a safe place we can get some shut eye for a few hours or two."

He begins to walk across the square.

" You willingly follow this harbinger of death. I smell the corpses upon him. Where he goes death follow's" it's voice oozing venom.

"Why? My look has always worked for me, and it's better they underestimated me, then think I can more then I really can." She says very calm.
"And to you Sticky, be nice since the same goes for you!" She says and give the staff an angry look.

Harker walked across the Executioners Square. Stopping a few paces away he turned back to face her. "Have you ever stayed as a guest in a palace?" A strange smile broke across his face. "Come, I really think your going to enjoy this." again he turned from her and began walking. She could see the Palace of Count Stienbart looming above the buildings ahead.

"No, I have never been a guest in a palace, but sometimes gonna be the first..." She answers Him while follow His way. She holds a paranoid watching eye out for any more roof-assassins!
She talks to Sticky while walking.
"We are going to a Palace now, behave yourself or I'll carve a unicorn into you!" She smiles.. Very amused.
"Enjoy what? Staying in a Palace?" She talks to the Inquisitor again.

As they approached the palace gates the guards on duty turn their attention towards them. One steps forward and with a raised hand halts Harker.

"Hail strangers," he looks quickly between the approaching pair. "What business do you have here today?"

"I am Inquisitor Harker of the Ordo Hereticus and I will take your Lords hospitality today. My business is my own."

The guards face visibly pales. "Erm..." he stammers "very well erm.. I shall escort you to my Lords greeting chamber."

Harker nods to the guard and then turns to his companion and gives her a little wink.

Naomi follows the Inquisitor and the Guard while she looks around.

When they have passed the other Guards, Naomi turns to Mr Inquisitor Harker with a playful smile.
"I like Your key Mr Inquisitor. It can open many doors..."

"Being an Inquisitor, many doors open when your key carries the weight of the holy ordo."

Both are guided through the gates and taken to the palace main square. Foot men and waiting staff busy themselves in tasks they have been set. The guard approaches one and whispers something in his ear. The footman looks over to them anxiously and then hurries up the steps and through the grate doors. The guard returns to you both.
"Sir, the House Carl shall come for you shortly."

"Good I expect not to be kept waiting long"

Naomi starts knack the staff against the floor...
"Wake up Sticky, we are going to meet a 'hosqarwl' and you don't want to miss that, do you?"
She turns to Harker.
"So.. How shall I act when meeting this person, should I like curtsy or kiss his hand?"

Harker turned to her and smiled. He seemed to be genuinely amused. "The House Carl will escort us to the Lord. He will act as our guide and personal assistant until we leave. He is a servant and will not need such honoring. The Lord however I'm sure would be glad of your curtsy."

"But... You know Mr Inquisitor Harker, that servant maybe needs appreciation too... And since I never have had a key like yours before, I have used polite words, instead. And a 'please' or a 'thank You' can take You a long way on the road without a key!" She say embarrassed.
