[Talon Lord Othrim]

The cabin is bedecked with finary, ornate wooden carvings and sea charts line the walls. In the center of the room a chart depicts the waters of the local area wieghted down by strange and exotic looking equipment on a table rigged to the ceiling by sturdy ropes. Two large windows look out over the port from the stern and standing by a calved writting desk against the far wall stands the woman from the inn. Her clothing now vastly different, functional however almost aluring, for a human. Her sun bleached hair tied up in a stern bun. She glances at you casually and turns back to the desk. "What can I help you with Master Elf?"

"You are the captain. I presume. Quite the cabin you have here. I have a question to ask you" my feet click together awkwardly and I wring my fingers behind my back. "I require passage to Ramas but the pirates are a problem I have a proposition to make. Help get me to Ramas and I'll use all my power to help you avoid and clashes with the pirates who lurk the coast"

She looks to you and raises and eyebrow questioningly.

"The change of destination is your parogative, your paying, but may I enquire as to how you can assist me against raiders? Are you a spell weaver?"

"I am I high elf. We are all born with magic no matter how small or large it's quantity. I was lucky to be blessed with both magic skills and war expertise. My name is Sicarion, high elf of Ullanthra and first son of the Prince Arrastaio. My father...before he was killed managed to teach me all there is to know about human and most our combat techniques and methods. I can weave magic too yes. I cantrol certain aspects of the weather..cloaking us in fog or calling upon the wind to speed us along to our destination. I am not the great Teclis however or his brother Tyrion. I am not flawless but I am more useful than 10 pf your finest rig hands" I wave my left hand and conjure a small whale shaped icon that dives inbetween imaginary waves before I disperse it

The Captain regards you. "Very well. You chartered my vessle and I was prepared to run the raiders ships anyway. Only the destinaton has changed. It's not a problem. In fact it's better for us. I can keep close to the shore line instead of going out into open water. Ramas is a reasonable place to make birth and I'm sure it will prove rewading. We shall be underway soon. I only ask that you stay clear of my men while they work."

"As you wish," she replies and escorts you back onto the deck. She checks that all is in readyment and once given the all clear gives the orders to set sail. You watch as the sailors climb the rigging with ease and the great sails of the ship unfurl. The wind caught, they billow and almost immediatly the ship begins to move off from the dock. Ropes are cast aside and others are expertly coiled on deck.

You watch as the Redemption manovers out of the harbour into open water and begins her journy out towards the Great Ocean.

"Captain. I'll be heading to my cabin now. I am im dire need of sleep..its been a restless week. I bid you good day"

She nods to you and you are taken below to the guest cabin. Tho not fancy it is still a lot cleaner and more comfortable than the sailors digs below deck. There is a decanter of water and one of wine. Fresh fruit and nuts in a deep bowl suspended from the roof. The bed a tabled hammock. Once laid upon the bed with your eyes closed you no longer feel the movement of the ship. Soon sleep takes you into blissful slumber .......

I awake a few hours after nodding off to the sounds of the waves splashing against the sides of the boat. I immediatly stand up..wrong decision. I land on by backside as the boat rocks. Cursing I get up and steady myself

Nursing his bruised ego and backside a little the came a knock at his cabin door.

"Who is it?" I call. Walking over to the door I open gently.

The big sailor, the first mate you encountered earlier stands there smiling. "Oh!" His reply one of surprise. "Your awake. I was instructed to wake you. Are you ok? You've slept for two days. We checked on you regularly but you seemed as you needed the rest. The captain wanted you informed we are about to make port."

"Ahh excellent. All went well then I trust? No pirates I take it?" I pull on my boots and asked the sailor if the captain wanted to see me

"The captain is up on deck manouvering the ship into dock at Ramas. As for raiders we saw sign of a red corsair ship but it had already be dealt with by an imperial friggate so, good news for us we had a straight run. Well I'm leave you to get ready and order some food to be braught to you. You must be hungry after so much sleep."

He turns and closes the door leaving you to get yourself presentable.
