These are my old Blood axe orks, I use them as kommandos in my currently growing warband. But.. as their Nob looks a bit small even by the old range standard a new Nob is being sculpted. I have finally got my hand on som epoxy putty so that I can do something with the scetch I have.

I have to say they are very well painted, I particularly like the commissar hat :D

I agree. Very good job on them. I'm re-starting my armies soon. Will do the loyalist sides of the legions in the heresy....may go pro and make custom battle boards like Istvaan 3 or the imperial palace

To be just, our law must be cruel.

To stand upon the bedrock of law is our great duty. To presume to stand above it is our worst heresy.

We determine the guilty. We decide the punishment.

Thanks, the nob is an really old citadell mini from 1988: http://www.solegends...eorks106-01.htm

Although I like the mini I´m gonna use him as an runtherder for a looted Imperial heavy weapons team. I´m gonna sculpt a couple of gretchins in uniforms to go with them.

Halfway through, just the arms, hat and axe left. I will post some pics as soon as I can take some.

Looks good so far, Kim. Can't wait to see the finished model. You are a wizard with paints and modeling tools.
