"Whoa! Shi.." Skive calls out as he is taken by surprise by the oncoming attacker.
Instinctively he raises his arms, trying to catch the peacekeepers forearms, and defend himself from the knife.

You manage to turn the knife right into the mans gut , doubling him over as blood spills down his front.

He stumbles away, fumbling for his sidearm clumsily

Walking swiftly, but calmly, towards the man, Skive says:
"Sorry mate, I'm afraid I can't let you do that." with a level voice.

Reaching out with his hands towards the man, he gathers his powers in his fingertips. Aiming one hand towards the sidearm, and the other at the open wound, he lets loose his Cryomantic powers.

The man freezes in place, entombed in ice . His eyes dart bak and forth frantically for a few moments before you see the lower half of your ice sculpture bathed in red and the mans eyes stop moving entirely.

Clapping the head of the statue, Skive takes a calming breath.
"Damn you surprised me.. Well, sorry mate, it was you or me, and I kind of like me."
Turning towards the man known as Caleb, he gives a humorless smile.
"Maybe we should have knocked..? Anyways, lets get a move on. The power won't cut itself.."

Skive looks around the room, searching for something that has to do with the power.

Caleb laughs but nods as he leads you to a back room where a large loud machine shakes and rattled obnoxiously.

" look for something heavy to jam into the fans... It will shit off immediately."

He answers, looking around the room for something to jam in.

Skive raises an eyebrow towards Caleb, then looks toward the ice statue.
"What about that?"

Caleb sighs

" that fan spins so fast you'd need to hope the femur catches the fan blade or you'll just get cold chunks everywhere

"Hmm.. Good point."
Skive takes a look around the room, searching for anything else they could use to stop the machine.

Fishing out his toolkit he undoes the fan cover and motions for you to attempt to stop the generators rotors

"Well, here I go!" Skive says through gritted teeth, and with all his might, shoves the iron bar into the fan.

"well done friend! Come the smith is gathering men for the assault on the precinct."

Skive follows the man known as Calab out from the room. After a short while, he breaks the silence.

"So what are your plans with all of this? And how does this Cain fit into all of this?"

Caleb smiles.

" I want to go home. To Canada . But I can't with the way it is. To get Intothe sanctum that my family lives in its over 80 k in credits."

He shrugs as he guides you past the bodies from the initial fight.

" as for Cain.. He's ... A legend, a hero. He's one of the few people ballsy enough to fight the government. So we've decided to support him."

"Hmh.. Well I wish you the best of luck reaching Canada. But what will you there? Will you fight that government too?" Skive says while frog leaping over a corpse.

"But I must say I envy you.. I don't really have a goal like that.."

" not all places are bad... Really depends on the judge. It just seems this area bows to ho siht... "

He goes to where all the men are mustering and the smith waves you over.

Joining the rest of the men, Skive gives the Smith a playful salute.
"I hope you're not gonna need electricity, 'cause that machine is a long way from working.."

the smith nods.

"this is your chance to break out skive. This will be a full out assault. If youd like to not be labled as rebel it would be best for you to cut your losses now lad."

Caleb looks at you sadly and takes his place amoung the rebels.
