I have just denied a batch of applications because they didn't put the URL for their application in the reason box as per the instructions here

You may think this is overly complicated, but as Admins we have to hit the final approve or deny button. We cannot approve group members without first checking to see if you are in fact allowed to be part of that group.

Putting "because I am awesome" or "Salamanders group failed" is not useful for us sorry (though the first one gave me a laugh).

We don't have time to go trawling through the forums looking for your introduction and acceptances.

Ideally you only have to do this whole process once, so please don't make our lives difficult. The Admins have lives and other commitments too!

It's also a very simple system really, all you need to do is make a post, use copy and paste and hit a button.
