Well i was able to play this mode on the two old map packs. It is a bit over powered but we will have if we organize as a team to take down the DN.

I like it, gets played ALOT more than the CU DLC. it is pretty fun, but the DN is a bitch to take down.

but on what to get first depends on what your most likely to use. I mean, our guys played it ALOT today so if you where with us, then the DLC, but if your guys don't touch it much, get the books.

My personal opinion? the books, have a strong feeling it will get dull rather quickly.

(I know, no help what so ever :P)

Also the DN are only Smurf of CoN

Well you can find the Night Lord books on http://www.scribd.com/ and read for free. So why not both?

Just got to play this DLC for the first time last night. I'm expecting there to be an update to nerf the Dreadnought a little bit. On my second game, the other team got the Dreadnought, and it took us 3 minutes to kill it. I then proceeded to take the Dreadnought for the rest of the game and finishing at 30/8 (kill-death). It's a whole lot of fun to be the Dreadnought and getting kill after kill after kill...but it's just too OP. I felt like all the Loyalists were Ewoks with bows and I was an AT-ST pilot (who didn't fall for any shenanigans this time around).

It is OP, but it's supposed to be. It actually falls really quickly to coordination and the right tactics.

Heck Dern and I can usually take it out with a few blind nades and double-use of the Thunder Hammer/Daemon Maul.

Sustained attacks will pop the dread fairly quickly from what I've seen, especially when the DN pilot is new to it all.
