I am REALLY surprised at this, usually GW dont give a shit about the gaming industry and always focus on sueing other similar board games. In fact they sue board game companies for no connection at all, most the time they hold them up in court until they go bankrupt to destroy the competition. This might mean GW is caring more about their licensed video games and might put more support in them in future.

EA right now is in real cash trouble, so they will likely settle with GW really quickly. Resulting in a cash influx for GW who are struggling because of their archaic business practices

I doubt GW will be able to take down EA even if they wanted to, its unlikely they will tear them down over this.
