[Talon Lord Othrim]

The room is adequate. Somewhere for his belongings. An oil lamp and a bed. Even as he gazed upon it, it seemed to beckon to him. Across the room shutters swung back and forth in the wind. The curtains flared out in the breeze and the Creature was upon him ripping at his clothes clawing at his flesh. A purple hue tentacle tried to force it's way into his mouth!

He lashed out violently at the sudden creature and a feeling like fear or anger filled him as he raised his staff at the creature then roared, and a bright purple fire bolt came from the staff and streaked towards the creature

He knew it was a trap set by the bar man ........ After this he decided that all of them would die this night

The bolt of fire shot from his staff. He felt the magic rip from him, through him, making his legs buckle under him slightly. The curtains across the room began to burn. Being consumed by the magical flames. The Creature was nowhere to be seen. His clothing not torn. His skin, untouched.

"hahhahahaha, such a frail mind. Your weakness is my strength."

Still the fire burned!

He ignores the voice and exits the still burning room, proceeds downstairs and there behind the bar was the sly and cunning Arle

"you thought you could trick me, you thought you could kill me, well you were wrong."

He turns to on the spot with purple fire streaming from his mouth towards all the people in the bar

There is no time for responses as the gout of flame spews across the room. Screams of desperate people desperately trying to escape the madness. Alchohol burns and explodes in the extreme heat. Total chaos in sues.

He finishes and turns to see arle still standing behind the bar

"change is everywhere arle, this place is about to change into a pile of ash, and you are about to change as well, from alive to dead."

He points the staff straight at arle as another firebolt like helier flies towards Arles face

He dives down behind the bar but too slow the ball of fire erupts around him. His screams can be hear from somewhere withing the sizzling mass.

People flee from the Inn crying for help. The fire upstairs and in the fuel soaked bar now have a good hold on the building.

As he looks at the destruction around him he decides his revenge is complete and that he should leave the area as quickly as possible. He decided to head further north, perhaps following the Edge of the sea of claws would lead him to more civilisation. His plan was still clear however after what had happened he thought that his plan must be increased in size. He would create a great army to fight the people who oppose the great gods

As he leaves the burning people he sees a crowd with water buckets and lots of witnesses pointing a finger at him closley followed by the city guard.

"Halt, You, in the name of the City Guard!"

"well you can either die by my hand or you can go in and save those poor unfortunate people inside the burning Inn, your choice"

He looks at the guards and gives a quick smirk as he sees the guard thinking

Two guards raise xbows at him and fire.

He removes the smirk from from his face and rolls to avoid the arrows

The bolts fly by, not even close. They draw their swords. "Surrender! or Die!"

He pulls up and launches a firebolt straight at the guards

The guards throw up their shields and hunker down. The fire erupts against them. As the fire blows out they emerge from their shields and attack.

With the guards approaching and the voice in his head it was a tricky situation but he still had a lot of fight left in him so he parried the attacks with his staff

With the end of your staff you easily flick aside the strongest blow as it would have caused a grievous wound but it allowed the second guard blade to slip in and stab him in the left thigh.

Retracting the blade from you leg the guard tries to shield bash you to the floor.

He wheels his staff around to try and block the oncoming shield bass however he knew this may go badly for him

With skill he manages to turn aside the shield at the last second granting him some breathing room.

He hits the top of his staff against the shield giving him enough space to roll around the side of the guard, grab his brass dagger and go to stab him in the head
