The door swings open and three burly guards fly to the floor. A familiar face looks up.

[spoiler=Recap] You have been called to a meeting with Lord Ralthen and an elderly Cleric Duran. Lord Ralthen would like you to go to Nuln to the high college of Magic and escort a Mage back to Lord Ralthen. A simple higher and retrieve mission. You will be provided with a horse and provisions for the journey. Currently Wulfric is in the Lords cabin. [/spoiler]

Wulfric looks at lord ralthan "i know little of magic lord but which order do you require? I will set off at first light so i can get the entire days travel and have at least one well rested night before i get back"

Lord Ralthen smiles " A good plan. We believe that there is need for a practitioner from the imperial college of Hysh. I will make sure a sizable gratuity is ready for you along with a writ of procurement."

"Then if you'll excuse me mi'lord ill go and prepare my equipment and get my rest ill see you at first light" Wulfric says before turning and heading out into the camp heading towards the barracks. Once inside the barracks he gathers his gear together before laying down and going to sleep.

The next day Wulfric was given the official letter and a small latch chest containing gem stones. His horse, a stocky cob, black and tan was readied for travel and enough provisions provided for his journey.

The day was dry, warm, tho the sun was hidden behind the clouds. He began his journey north to Nuln where the Colleges of magic resided.

Wulfric pulls up the hood of his cloak settling himself into the saddle he looks north towards nuln "come on then horse lets see if you can earn yourself a name" gently touching his heels to the horse and urges it northward at a steady walk.

Time passes

Wuflfic was no stranger to the bitter cold of the Black Mountains and the winter's teeth pass was a familiar surrounding. Having left the town of Mortensholm behind, his next destination was Kreutzhofen. As he approached the high city the sky was just beginning to darken.

Wulfric adjusts his cloak to better cover himself against the cold he steers the horse towards the gates and the promised warmth of a tavern
