Just to let you know that the Challenge Calender has been updated again. It now creates a thread automatically for that challenge in which discussions regarding the game can be conducted.
As you will know by now, when you receive a PM you get the yellow banner for PM notification. You will now get a blue banner for challenge notification.
It should be noted that this system has now completely replaced the friendly Space Marine forum section. Do not post game challenges anywhere else on the forum, (this excludes special events like the Campaign) doing so will now be regarded as spam by the moderators!
Some people may not completely understand this move, but the calender shows the date and time (in client local time - assuming member set their timezone correctly!). Plus it stops other factions seeing that thread, only Mods, Admins and Faction Members involved in the fight can see it.

Please note, I have deleted past challenges since they're no longer compatible with the current calendar system. The one existing challenge in the future has been updated to make it compatible but the notifications won't be sent out

Use the Challenge Calandar link at the top of the webpage, it allows you to pick an opponent, set a date (which I assume can be modified if the date you pick doesn't work for the opposing faction), and have players from both sign "sign up". According to Crucias, it also automatically generates a thread for discussion about the match, with only your two factions and the moderators having access to it.
