I mean turrets that are ALREADY there. In the campaign, of course even the AI admits its too evil and doesnt do it. But on Dark Crusade I have NEVER lost a location as Eldar, or won a defence in over 4 minutes.

Eldar are not retarded in the lore, they just seem random, because they look ahead and doing an action that will produce a more favorable action.
Plus in team games if your ally can hold off the other team with you helping a bit, and you get 3 Falcons with Fire Dragons and you get into their base, its over, they either rage quit or are killed off. That is the price though for ignoring the Eldar.
