Archmage, Warrior Priest and Rune Priest are the options. WP have always been OP but are harder to heal with as you have to hit them to generate heal resources

WP are boss in PVE and PVP. As long as you can dodge AoE mechanics you rule. WPs are real easy to Solo PVE with as well
AM are better raid healers, mass healing etc
