Actually, it would go to someone that doesn't sit in the limelight all the time, so for us regular mooks it's out of the question. Someone that doesn't get much (or really any) recognition. Y'know, someone that wouldn't otherwise get an award, even though they do a load for the site.

I get plenty of recognition, but almost all of it comes from derps and with the award called 'grief'
Such community paragon awards would be well suited to people showing others how to use the site (be it case by case or volunteering to help make guides), but also those who teach strategy and support new people to Eternal Crusade when we all migrate to it next year
