Raissa looked down and her body started to shake lightly. It was quiet for a long moment until her soft laughter echoed around the small encampment. The sound was normal enough at first but as she continued to laugh a maniacal sound could be heard lacing into it. Her eyes glittered with a dark mirth that had never colored her face before.

She smiles, cracking her spine.

 

"Heiml;ers dead...The nazis are in shambles....We need our best tio rise to the top before this madman takes europe....Hes already going to find nazi sympathisers for a new reich."

"Our?" She smirked at the assassin as her laughter subsided. "You mean yours. I worked for the Reich, I wasn't one of them. Here, in this group of misfits, I owe a debt. Even if Adolfo and his Drachen Blut hadn't taken the Nazi's down someone else could and would have."

[Thugren]

"Thats fine...Either way your going to need to help us if you wanmt the antidote."
 

 

she says flatly, turning from you.

Raissa's eyes narrowed with a dangerous look. "Enlighten me, darling," the word dripped with sarcasm. "what do I need an antidote for?"

sedduenly you cough, and your father does the same impulsively,.

 

"Do you think heimler so foolish that he doesnt have a killswitch in his research team?"

 

SHe shakes her head.

 

"Youre ghoing to die raissa.....You and your father...Unpless you swallow your chirping pride and worjk with me."

Raissa is seized in a fit of coughs that double her over. Her vision blurred for a moment and when they focused again she saw a decent sized puddle of blood covering the ground. The taste of metallic tang made her throat hurt as she spat out more blood. She could feel it now, feel it in her veins, hotter than the white hot knife blades that had severed her skin before and colder than a fresh batch of cryo-gel. She spat more blood as she looked up at the assassin.

 

"Save my father. Now. I'll be damned if I swallow my pride or my attitude for you but I'd be lying if I said I didn't deserve this. Save him right now. You only need one scientist and I don't want your help." Another fit of coughs over took her and she felt blood splatter over her hands.

she turns away, saying nothing as she walks to the door.

 

"YOure linked...The virus cannot be removed and only one survives.....Either you both die....Or you both walk away...He cannot make the antidote.... Only you can. If i walk from this room you will die in three hours. Make your choice."

"Sadist." she hissed. Scowling she pushed herself up, spitting out more blood. "Fine, bitch, you want me to work? Tell me what to do then."

ignoring you she turns and grips your collar, pulling you into  a kiss.

 

"Good girl."

 

she chuckles, pulling away and wehiping the blood from your lip.

 

"Ill have the ingredients brought in......jkeep that fire hot."

This time Raissa didn't hesitate to swing at the woman. Her skin crawled at her touch and this damned assassin wouldn't stop kissing her. As her body twisted, her arm raised back for a punch, her blood filled lungs went into a spasm. She doubled over again, blood escaping her mouth in small dribbles with each violent exhale of air. She barely heard the woman leave as her fit calmed.

 

Busying herself with tending the fire she looked over at her father, checking to see if he was fairing better than she was.

he gripped his chest as he wheezed.

 

"I......am ok with dying raissa.....dont do what you dont want to."

 

he coughs, cleaning his lip with a kercheif

"As am I yet here I am, stocking the fire. Why? Because why waste 21 years of your life devoting yourself to save one other person, just to give up in the end because you're tired. That and Kraus would never let me live it down if I didn't pay him back for saving you. Me? In debt? I never would have thought that possible when I was younger." She poked around at the fire, keeping it hot and full of flames. Whatever they had in the kill switch was something she had not given herself, but she had a distinct feeling that she would outlast her father, considering her tolerance to, well to poisonous and dangerous substances.

That boy......Theres alot of dark coming his way......Ulfric says that he dabbled in the black arts."

 

he coughs hard again, staining his white shirt crimson. "I hear he had had to be contained in sector 66 for a time."

Raissa was quiet for a moment, before she looked at her father. Her face was completely serious as she asked, "Why do you seem to think I'm interested in Krausus Kronen?" She surprised herself, not directing the question with animosity as she normally would, just curiosity.

[Thugren]

"becasue of how much you lash at the thought of him."

 

your father says simply.

 

"ITs plain as day raissa."

Pain was creeping into her limbs now. The poison was progressing. Her brow furrowed as she stared as her father. "What's plain as day?"

[Thugren]

"your affection for that boy...."

 

he walks over and placwes a toffe in a napkin into your hand.

 

"You were always like this....You pickedon the ones you liked.":

Now she glared at him. "You're confusing affection for a modicum of respect, Gunter. I do not like Krausus. He's intolerable, insufferable, and a prideful bastard. I like his brother, he's at least intelligent and useful." She unwrapped the sweet out of habit and popped it into her mouth. With a curious look she sucked on the sweet. "Hmm...blood and toffee...not a bad combo.

 

Another fit seized her then and the toffee became victim to the fire as it flew from her mouth during a cough. A frown and a sigh escaped her as she went back to tending the fire. A look around the area bared no sign of the lady assassin. "Maybe the witch will let us die." Raissa murmured.

within moments you hjear a horrible racket. THe assasin comes int othe room hoklding a ghoul with a bloated belly.

 

It spits and snarls viciously as she yanks it around by the throat and with a sickening crack she breaks both of its kneecaps forcing it to kneel.

 

"WHat in the hells did you bring that thing here for sapphira.."

 

SHe smiles, showing perfect teeth.

 

"THis ghoul has a very potent bean feminting in her stomach.......YOu are goign to extract it and cook the juices out of it........THis is going to be fun."
