Short Version: The most serious Warhammer competitor is making a turn based game with both synchronous (play online at same time, like Dawn of War, Space Marine, Halo etc) and asynchronous (take your turn and send it, like Words With Friends and Draw Something).

Their warmachines look seriously similar to contemptor dreadnoughts, knowing Forge Worlds version is newer it would be funny if they sue games workshop considering games workshop has been trying to sue them for years

Just to let you know that Warmachine: Tactics successfully funded and hit all but the last stretch goal. So in Aug 2014 we will get a pretty badass game.
What's more, I bought the War Chest pledge so get to put a logo of my design into the game. Therefore the GWRS logo will be available ingame for use by us
(Though the double head of the Aquila will be changed slightly so it doesn't break GWRS copy-right and make them throw a tantrum)
