You don't need Yarrick and Creed. If you need more leadership take a standard LC, but it doesn't look like you need it.

You might want some more AT and AA, but otherwise it looks good. Best way to find out is to test it in game, though investing in a Hydra for AA beforehand might be worth it, unless you're looking at pre-sixth games or arranged matches without flyers.

My club uses very few fliers, only thing to worry about is a daemon prince with wings. Where would you suggest i find points for a hydra?

Drop Kell perhaps? If you've not got flyers to worry about then don't take it as it does jack all to ground targets.
