Now, I would like to tell you a little story here.
Let me set the scene, Its a 1,000pt per person game, with CSM (me), Chaos Daemons vs Space wolves and Guardsmen.
I have brought two HQ's into the battle, Kharn and a daemon prince of tezeench with wings, the 'burning brand' artefact flamer thingy, power armour, and all the psyker levels (thats 3 btw)
One of the powers the prince gets is a nice little thing called 'boon of mutation' allowing him to give a free boon roll to any Independent Character standing next to him (re-rolling the Daemon prince one)
So I have my Prince follow Kharn and some berserker's around and every turn give kharn a free boon. It gets very silly, very quickly.
Kharn gets Eternal Warrior, +1 to his armour save (2+ save after that), +1 strength (8 on the charge now!), re-rolling failed armour saves, Instant Death melee attacks (with kharn is there any other kind?) and +1 attack.
This happened in 3 turns because on the third one I got multiple boons and got all 4.
it was a good day.

I've seen the Blood Angel Death Company Dreadnought plow through 3 squads in 1 round of combat. Everytime he kills he gets another attack, he was charged by 3 ASM squads with Melta Bombs and Power Weapons

well until Arjac killed him
and got killed by him, it was an epic faceoff (i was the Space puppies)
(we go to the same local gaming club)
