So I just watched the pilot over dinner... OMG

The Volge look like amazing villains, cannot WAIT to fight them

Well... the pilot episode is interesting. I didn't feel the same feeling of being sucked in the first time I watched Stargate, but this show is far better than anything else on the sci-fi channel. ( ghost hunters and any of the reality tv crap can piss off)

Although, I have to say the motorcycle scene was pretty bad ass.

I find it amusing the little cute girl (Irrissa in this show) is a psychotic nutjob who's allowed knives. Her character is so much better in the show than the game, hopefully they alter her lines in future cutscenes to belly the sheer lethality of her attitude

I enjoyed it and I think it shows promise. Give it a season to settle in and find its footing and I think it can go places. One thing they need to do and fast is get rid of the guy playing McCauley or whatever his name was. Worst acting I've seen in a LONG time... "You killed my Son" shouldn't be a line delivered whilst pulling a face that looks like you just managed to let out a fart - one that you genuinely thought would result in you shitting yourself!

Yeah I didn't like either of the fathers; they were not "real" characters in the sense the others were , they just felt so forced
