Anywho, this week's match will be between 2 of the emperor's most bi-polar former legions. So let me ask you, what would win between 10 Space Wolves with rabies (wolf-bitten) or 10 blood angels that are tripping so badly they think they traveled 10,000 years back in time (the taint)? Each side is lead by the respective wolf priest and chaplain. Battlefield will be a former chaos warship now a space hulk that has gotten itself stuck on the carcass of a hive ship. May the best chapter win!!

While the Black Rage allows the Blood Angels to swing harder, move faster, and ignore pain, they're still berserk. Being blindingly angry does you little good with no arms.
All in all I'd say the lone Wulfen who survived the encounter would die of blood loss a few minutes later. That's how close it would be.

If the Blood Angels charge (which they most certanly will on the basis no other unit in the game get the sheer amount of benefits they do) the Wulfen are screwed, if Wulfen charge then they might just win.

Plus, the wulfen are just in a bloodlust state, the Blood Angels are in a fury over what to them would be the most appalling situation possible. That's some good motivation.

That aside I would favor the Wulfen as they are actually a step above, Death Company are just psychologically affected. It would still be a very close fight, but space marine werewolves over really vessel marines seems inevitable.

Anger always results in recklessness, regardless of discipline. Discipline is meant to prevent anger for this reason. If the Angels are angry, then at least some of their saving discipline is lost.
If the Wulfen are at all wolf-like, they will be smart hunters. They would pick off one squad-mate at a time from the shadows, Aliens style while the Angels scream "Die, Horus, die!" True, Wulfen also have rage, but know when to unleash it. If my lore is correct, only one Angel, a Chaplain, ever managed to bend the Black Rage to his will.
The Wulfen of the 13th Great Company capably fought Daemons within the Warp for 10,000 years. Angels have a tragic mortality rate against Daemons. This may seam off-topic. What I'm doing is putting the same measurement to both parties.
I'm not bashing the Blood Angels. I would definitely want them on my side in any battle. I still say if they fought, the Wulfen would eke out a very close victory.
Fortunately, we all know both Chapters are whole-heartedly loyal and would never fight each other. The Space Wolves might want to brawl, but the Angels would be like "Dude, you don't need another 'Angel' Chapter on your case.'
