I find this rule very funny.

Any soldier caught utilising his anti-contaminant tablets in the production of illicit alcohol from engine fuel of fyceline blocks shall be forced to drink the entirety of the liquor produced. If he survives, he will be shot.

their are a lot of cruel and unusual punishment in the book but this is one is just down right rediculous besides the for being flogged and branded if your weapon jams in a combat situation.

Ha! Bought the Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer (Damocles Gulf Edition) a couple of years ago. Not only a great source for laugh with the different punishments, and the lies about the xenos:

"Orcs: They may look muscular, but in fact they are no stronger than a weak human, so they are no match for a well trained Infantryman."

But it also has a huge source of knowledge, such as surviving in the wild, or tending to wounds.

They were a limited print run when Apocalypse first came out. You can find them floating around on Ebay.

Or go to gw as they have recently merged the primer with the officers handbook not sure on the price though.

Some GWs have them for roughly £10 last time I checked.
