I played Sith Inquisitor through the Tier 1 raiding content, absolutely loved it. I've heard the Jedi Consular is a fun class as well

Not possible due to bandwidth cap. The download of the Halo 4 digital edition blew the possibility of downloading TOR this month. My cap resets Jan 12th, which does you absolutely no good
