[Prosperan Son]

"Who are you?"A voice asked from oneof the stones, it's strength diminished and weak.
"Where is the torturer?" The other voice questioned, it was frail like the other.
"Where is our brother?" The first stone asked again, not waiting for answer to the first two questions.

" You risked your life for these weaklings!?!" Skaroth snarled, not waiting for an answer. The Daemon's fury was obvious, not used to the concept of defeat.

Takkun slimed to the floor, shoving the top of the spear into the seat as if to silence it and holds the stones to his chest.

" I managed to save two of you... I couldn't save the last.."

Takkun whispers to the stones, " I am air arch takkun.... Of the scorpions.... I am sorry to have failed you .."

His vison fades in an out as he tries to cope with the pain the sonic blaster inflicted on his organs

"You are injured Autarch...." One stone noticed, feeling it by the pulse in his hands.
" You need to rest, Takkun, rest and let your body mend itself...." The other spoke
" We will speak more when you are better." The first spoke again.

The Thunderhawk strode down towards the planet, slipping through the void, avoiding debris and rocks as it neared Trandasin II.

Worry not about me...Who are you friends.....This could be my last few minutes in this waking world.....So id like to spend it amoungst my kind....What happened to you? what brought you to that madmans hands?

"I am Kataun Zarr, Dire Avenger of Craftworld Ulthwe."The First stone stated with fierce pride.
" I am Indrid Zarr, Howling Banshee of Craftworld Ulthwe." The Second spoke serenely and proudly.
"We were part of a task force sent towards this region of space to deal with the Ancient Enemy... The Seer Council shared visions of the Necrontyr rising the fifth planet farthest from the sun in this area." Both of them spoke in unison, the stones glowing faintly as they shared their memories with the autarch." Not long after we left the Webway point, we came under attack from the followers of She Who Always Thirst...."

Takkun clutches the stone tightly.

" I am sorry family... If I can find shells for you to enter I will make it happen."


He thumbs the banshees stone.

" my sister was a banshee.... What coven are you part of sister... "

"It does not matter brother, I no longer have a coven, a body, or a craftworld to return to in this shame." Indrid's stone answered in sadness.
Kataun's stone spoke up "You've already done so much for us. Do not let us burden you Brother." He insisted, not wanting their savior to over exert himself.

Takkun smiles.


" wraith guard can give you life again ... But for now .."

Takkun slides the stones into the slots of his armor, feeling the warm light bathe over him.

" for now... Guard me.... I am weary venerable ones.... I feel the deep sleep calling..... And I am doing all I can to sleep

"Sleep then Brother, Sleep and let all mend...."They spoke as one, through his armor and mind. Soon it all faded to black as he entered unconscious rest. He stayed this way for an hour before a siren began to blare. An explosion was heard from the side of the thunderhawk and bright daylight could be seen through the viewing glass in the cockpit.

"what in the name of thhe gods!"

he yelps trying to wrench the thunderhawk from further fire

"FOOL! YOU DIDN'T THINK THE IMPERIALS WOULD OPEN FIRE ON US IF WE WERE IN A SHIP BARING THE ICONS OF THE ONE THING THEY HATE?!?!" The Singing Spear beside the seat yelled out in rage, not enjoying the prospect of losing his only host in a terrible flight crash.

Anti-Air lasers and flak rounds filled the sky as they tried to shoot down the lone Thunderhawk, one lucky shot having already clipped one of the wings engines. Flames engulfed the ruined piece and the trajectory was now unstable for a proper landing.

Sighing takkun hops up and grabs the spear .

" we will be fine desist with your crying."


Grabbing the controls takkun yanks them up sharply hoping to evade the defense turrets.

Hope would have it that luck was not on their side, a second las round blasted a hole through their second engine, sending the Thunderhawk spiraling downwards.

"Now would be a good time to brace brother." Kataun recommended.

Someone out there is not happy at a decision I made in another life.


Takkun grunted as he hit the cargo bay door and watched at the ground descending rapidly looking for a chance to jump

Twin trails of fire and smoke emitted from the burning engines whitch continued to descend down towards the ground. It plummeted towards the ground faster and faster, at this trajectory it would collide into a waste lake.

If course.... Of course the gods of chance hate me... A waste lake really? Somone must've taken a shot to the knee.



Takkun hisses as he jumps from the thunderhak toward the turgid water.

Takkun land in a great splash, headlong into the polluted waters. The liquid is black and bubbling, ruined by years of waste dumping. A second later, the burning thunderhawk crashes into the lake as well, sending a great upheaving tide towards Takkun.

Takkun sighs.

" you know... I'm just going to stop trying... I hope the knee was at least worth it if I'm getting punished like this."


Ducking into the waters, his armor keeping the pollutants at bay takkun tries to go under the swell so he isn't tossed

" You must have done something to offend the gods" Indrid's voice spoke within Takkun's mind.
"I've never seen fortune this bad." Kataun added before going quiet.

Takkun, for once managed to receive some luck, able to avoid the swell and ride the after wves towards the shore.

I could leave you at the bottom of this lake."

Takkun growls as he begins to swim to shore, clutching skarroths spear to his chest as he swam.

" and I'm sure you'd bitch whine and complain if I left you too daemon."
