[Prosperan Son]

"Good, Good, I brought you a drink." He revealed, waving the flash in front of Kombuse. He went about un strapping his arms and legs from the table, waiting for him to stretch.

Kombuse sat up slowly, a little confused by the man's sudden generosity and kindness compared to earlier. He rubbed his wrists where the restraints where and curled up his legs to his chest while still sitting on the chair. He looked at the man, not sure if he should take the flask or just decline the offer.

"If you don't take the flash, they said I could put another tattoo." He threatened with a false smile, setting it down for him before leaving the room again to find more ink vials for his tattoo.

Before the flask could even klink on the chair, Kombuse hand it in his hand and took a sip. All the while giving a fake smile on his gasmask, hoping not to get another mark so soon or so painfully. He looked around to see if Muirgar has come back yet, or not.

Mugiar stood at the doorway, motioning for Kombuse to come along." Let's go before he decides to come back and give us both new marks." He urged the fool, wanting to get out of here as soon as possible.

He jumped up from the restraint seat, putting down the artist's flask and ran to the door. "Where were you!?" he asked him, kinda mad that Mugiar left him here with the tattooist in the first place.

Mugiar simply shrugged"Your crazy if you thought I was going to stand in there with that madman." The Disandi shuddered, holding his hand over his neck where the most painful of his marks had been inked.

Kombuse just looked down to the floor. "Maybe." he said, as if admitting to the accusement of his insanity. "But I wouldn't leave a friend." he said under his breath as he kicked the carpet a little. "Are we going or what?" he asked him, just wanting to go now.

" There's already transport outside friend, the boys are already together. We've got a base to head to." He answered, leading him outside.

[Armoured Priest]

He started remember some of the training that would be ingrained into any guardsmen when they are trained. He unslinged his bolter, checking the mechanisms and the magazine along with his spare ammo in the ammo pouches and his bolt pistol. He also made sure his brass knuckles where easy to access, although he never really remember using them himself. Once he was satistfied that his stuff was ready he goes to climb into the transport with the rest of the guys.

"So then, how was the mark anyway? Did he uses the chemicals?" Mugiar asked as they stepped through the basement doors, back into the cloudy skies, outside waited several cars, one of which the door was open to them.

Kombuse looked at Mugiar, the glow behind the red lenses of his gasmask returned. "What do you think?" It growled at him, Oberga taking control for the moment before going to the transport with the opened door, the glow starting to fade again.

Mugiar raised a brow, confused by the sudden change in his voice as well as the growl itself." Well at least it's over. Now we can move onto something much more pleasant." He replied as the small detail moved through the lower city.

Kombuse sat in the seat in silence, watching the buildings and scenes of the city past by. In one of his hands he was playing with a necklace he was were, it having all four symbols of the dark gods with the Chaos star in the middle of the four.

"We'll arrive at the armory in a few hours, it's not within the city. You should take the opportunity to rest Kombuse." Mugiar recommended, looking out the Window himself as they drove by block after block, glared at by the citizens outside. The spreading corruption was evident through out the city, standards, banners and other objects of worship and devotion displayed openly with no one fearing any punishment from the law.

Kombuse just nodded absently, looking at all of the imagery and monuments of the gods being put up on the buildings and public areas with a small smile on the dragon snout of his gasmask.

"When we get there, you'll be able to meet the one responsible for the Mandori's rise to power." Mugiar informed Kombuse before closing his eyes, drifting into a pleasant sleep.

Kombuse looked at him and then returned his attention back to the window and the views speeding by. 'Should be interesting.' Kombuse heard the voice said in his head.

Whether Mugiar could tell the difference in Kombuse's tone or not, he didn't seem to care. Several hours later, they were out of the hive city and moving through the open land. There were fences on both sides of the highway, acting as protection against the native beast outside. Soon they came into distance of a military base. A PDF base it seemed.

Kombuse looked around the surrounding open space past the fences, curious as to what it was too keep out. He did not mind the pdf base, it is something he has seem many times before in other invasions.
