[Armoured Priest]

"Oh, oberga must of took it then." Kombuse shrugged then, looking at the new weapon. He leaned back into the seat now and looked at muigar. "Is the car going to go soon?" he asked, not wanting to be late as much after hearing muigar complain about it.

Mugiar nodded in agreement, gesturing for the driver to start the trip with a wave of his hand. He rested one leg over the other, leaning back into his seat. " So what are you? Who is this...Oberga?" He finally asked, noticing the changes in the man's behavior earlier.

Kombuse thought for a moment, idly swinging his legs. No one really asked about oberga before. "I don't know. Only remember when I got him." he answered him. "I was on some planet, figthing, then I remember being on the field and bleeding alot..." Kombuse began to tell his tale, the first time he ever did really. "Nice lady walked up to me and smiled after poking and proding others that didn't move. She said 'Well hello, would you like some help lost one?' she looked nice, but I would have helped her find a dentist." he added, remembering the rottening teeth she for some reason had. "I said please and she put a hand on my head. There was a flash, at least to me, and my head felt like it was on fire." he said, recounting the little ritual that was preformed. "After that, I could hear Oberga, making all sorts of noises." he continued. "It wasn't excatly done with my consent." kombuse heard him growl in his mind, remembering it too. "I looked to her and she smiled again. 'I gave you a friend that should help you, perhaps you will see me again later on.' And then she walked away. I wasn't bleeding anymore. And we been happy since." kombuse finished with a big smile on the draconion gasmask. "It has it's ups and downs." Oberga admitted.

"And how long ago was this exactly?" Mugiar continued to prod, unsure whether this man was crazy or not. It was quite ironic, as Mugiar had dealt with a mutltude of men and women all of whom had their share of stories. He'd kill some of them on the spot for such insanity. But in recent days, he had seen society and the people around him slowly start to descend...

"Um...." kombuse began to think about it now, counting off his fingers as he tries to figure out the answer for that. "Three....or four years ago at least?" he hazard a guess now. The warp made a mockery of time keeping and he had traveled through the wrap several times as it was. Oberga simply grunted in his mind, time means nothing to his kind.

"So how often exactly does this Oberga show up?" Mugiar asked , even more curious, that and he was also trying to pass the time as the rode on closer and closer towards the city.

Kombuse shrugged almost exaggratedly. "Whenever he wants really." he said. "But mostly when a fight is about to happen, or if I get hurt badly enough." he added as fiddles around with stuff on his uniform, his own way of passing the time for now. "He likes to talk every now and then too but only when he wants too." he said.

"Just don't let the Mandori know about it. Gods above know what he'd do if he found out you had two souls in one body..."Mugiar warned, not sure if that was the best way to describe what he had just heard

"Ok." he responded. ".....do daemons count as souls then?" he asked him, now wandering the definitions. He also wonder what muigar was thinking, since this was the first time he actually told the whole story.

Mugiar shrugged , not knowing the answer himself. It made the most sense to Mugiar that they were the same concept. For were not Angels and Daemons the good and corrupted souls of the dead, respectively?

With only the shrug for an answer to his question, Kombuse laid back as he tried to go to sleep now after today's events. He could hear oberga talk with the other voices as he slept but he could not make out what they were saying. But the noise didn't bother him either, infact it was kind of comforting.

The gang lieutenant watched the fallen kriegsman doze off. If what he said was true, the man had a daemon inside of him. What would happen if the "other" grew bored with them?

A few hours passed as they came closer to the gates of the hive city, Tigora, Mugiar nudged Kombuse on the shoulder"Wake Up."

Kombuse woke up with a surprised grunt, didn't expect to wake up so soon. "Wow, that was quick." he remarked in a yawn, the mask only moving slightly. "Think he's going to be mad?" he asked Muigar, wondering if the Mandori would be.

"We may have picked up the speed while you slept..."Mugiar admitted, looking out the window at the four remaining transport vehicles behind them. He looked back to Kombuse" I think he's going to have some heads for this...." Mugiar admitted with a gulp.

Kombuse lowered his head as he began to think of something. "Hm....you think giving him a cookie would make him happier?" he asked, honestly being serious as he looks to muigar.

"I think doing that will have you shot, but you know given the circumstances i'd say it's worth a try." Mugiar answered sarcastically, taking in the views of the lower hives as they rode through the streets.

Kombuse, not catching the sarcasm in Muigar's tone, looks through all the pouches and pockets he could. After turning up nothing but ammunition, small bones, and an odd slithering creature with big teeth, he found no cookies. "Aww, I don't have any." he sighed, he plan failing before even getting out of the gate.

"I'm starting to think you might not be the sharpest knife in the drawer." Mugiar noted, his eye twitching at what he just saw. He motioned for the the driver to pick up the speed.

"But, I don't use knives." Kombuse told him, confused by Mugiar's claim now. He shrugged as he now waited and noticed the vehical moving faster now.

"It's just an expre....you know what, never mind."Mugiar sighed, looking out the car as they pulled into a large building set aside for their convoys. As they passed through , armed guards could be seen on either side of the entry ways.
