The knife completely misses, but the neural shredder doesn't and the man takes a shot to the knee. He screams ina agony as you would-be knife victim turns and plants a viscious kick in your ribs

The man full on charges into you, and you can audibly hear a rib crack. He is enraged, and as such after he has hit you he rolls off and over, hitting a wall a few metres away

the man lunges and grabs, the knife passing through his hand, however he now holds the knife and your hand tightly in one hand - while he screams enragedly about his comrade's death

The blow snaps the mans neck, and he dies without a further sound. You collapse slighly, and breath hard.... for now the fight is done

It takes you a short while to work your way back to the house, and when you enter you are guided to the hearth where you met the boss. He is sat there and regards you carefully.
"You clearly have more about you than we realised." he says, and with a jolt you realise that he must have known that the heavies were going to attack you

"Now I have another task for you," the boss continues "please make your way to the car in the garage. You will be attending a high society ball, where I expect that you will gather some key information for me. Any questions?"

"No," he replies "However, to save you from going in completely blind I shall have to tell you a little more of my dealings with the higher classes on this damned planet." He pauses to sip some wine
"My business is the business of knowing what everyone else is doing, all the trade cartels, the dealers, the gangs, the arbites so on so forth, and I use all of this information to make the best profit in many ventures" (at this point he smiles slyly, hinting that the ventures must be far from legal) "There are three barons, of the ruling castes - names Rothric, Hinder, and Wilhelm - who have provided me with exacting details on the shipping, and defense routines in the galactic lanes around the planet. However, for me to move my... wares to the best of my ability, I need to know the dates of when they expect the naval convoy to make a visit. I know one of the three will know this, and you must use all means to find out when. Understood?"

as he says the final part, the inquisitor sends +Now we have a glimpse at the 'empire' riddeck has been building. He needs to know when the navy are coming (a closely kept secret I must admit) as it would be difficult for him to get shipments of a certain thing in. This is the first step on finding out how he is making these shipments, so the information this will unlock is critical - you MUST NOT FAIL!+
