You realize by treating them like this you're all stooping to the levels of the leaders of the old forum? They can take part or lurk, it doesn't really matter which they do. If they report false things back to the mothership then so be it, any new people fleeing here will see the truth of it soon enough.
This is a community of people persecuted or pissed off in someway by the old system, the sooner we can focus on enjoying what we have now rather than focusing on rage at the old we'll all be much better off.
