Are you guys able to do anything with Chapter emblems or will that get onto copyright laws with Games Workshop?

Are you guys able to do anything with Chapter emblems or will that get onto copyright laws with Games Workshop?
Hoping to - it's a matter of who owns the image just make sure there's no problems - If it's a self generated one / fan art then we're ok as in the fist image for your banner - it should be ok.
Don't hold me to that until I've checked into it
