Apparently it's a mod that aims for you/ makes it alot easier to aim/ get headshots. Kinda like in WoW they had healbot that would automatically heal raid party members for you. Now, i've heard several people mention this aimbot thing over the course of the last few months. Still not sure exactly how it works, but any mod that aims for you or makes aiming easier for you is *CENSORED* ass cheating bullshit (pardon my language).

As far as I can tell this is a PC only thing. If there is one for XBOX and people are using it on Live, they'll get banned quickly. I know this happened with Modern Warfare. Just look at the "Why did I get banned?" forum on the official Live forums

Why i agree with you master Kokoacho that bots are cheap as well as trainers but where did you find out about these aim bots?

Indeed, I don't know if I've ever come across someone using it. I didn't even know they existed until I heard people talking about them in the last couple months, but it's definitely for pricks who suck at games and can't aim

Edit to Kite: friends on live. I just google'd it and read up on the Wiki though.

I think Apulo is right, the Wiki was talking mainly about PC games like Unreal tournament and such. And it had all sorts of driver-based, color-based, hook-based lingo in there. Hopefully they don't have it for Xbox. Perhaps this thread should have been posted in another section, lol.

exactly i get shot too much which is why i love assault and know places where i cant be shot like a spot in one of the maps with the statue in the middle...i think its the basilica areana no.2

You can buy a modded controller to be able to shoot faster and it has a built in aim bot. I looked at it one time because I heard a lot of people using them and could not understand how unless on a PC. It is freaking cheap as all hell.

ive seen people using the aim bot with bolters so it is in space marine what it does is it jerks your reticule straight onto the head and locks there so all you have to do is fire its cheap as fuck
