I'd have to say my fav is the subway known as the Cru Special to my group of friends because I invented it for a laugh

"The Dern Steak"
1 T-bone steak, or a nice thick cut steak.
-I marinate my steak in a bowl of Worcestershire sauce for 1 day.
-After that I apply a generous coating(on the top only) with McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning.
-This is then slow cooked over char-coals with a small bowl of water in the center of the coals. Cook this for 30-45 minutes. The water is important as it maintains the perfect juicy texture while cooking.
You don't need to rotate or flip the steak, it will cook to perfection as long as you use the water!
Apply any dipping sauce you wish, I prefer A1, Ranch, or just plain.
Enjoy
