Attention all chapters using the emperor's guantlet exercise, as of three hours ago a new rule has been decided, when engaged in emperors guantlet it will be required to give the team/person a five second blitz window, like in flag football, this will allow them to get organized and make it fair.
This rule will be negated however if the opponent begins attacking as soon as they enter the field of play. Basically unless they immediately attack, then allow the five second window. This will lead to a much more competitive anf fair, emperor's guantlet.
