Hey guys what are we gonna do about the lost syndicate? they are starting to impede on our territory...plus one of them is in our territory now

The guy in there is their diplomacy officer, they sheltering from USA who beat them up pretty badly. Plus we can crush him if needed. Let them take the first move, and shore up your defences
