But how can we prove that they're modding? I would feel awful if I called somebody out on it/got them in trouble, and it turns out that they're just better than me (or I was playing very shitty that day), or the game was just really glitchy or whatever. We shouldn't be too rash, several people need to play with the person in question before we report them. And by several people, I mean more than two or three.

Record games visually, it will be obvious after a few attempted kills with heavy hitting weapons (Hammer, PC, Melta)
