What i would suggest is to go exploring in the threads. read the chapter rules and regs. that sort of thing. Maybe look up background story of each one, find the nook you belong in. Choose wisely you dont want to get caught with the wrong sorts....*Cough* Smurfs *Cough*

Well, I suppose I can inform you fellows of my game activity regarding Space Marine. I've had the game for a little under two weeks. I beat the game on hard over the course of two days, and played the multiplayer fairly intensely right after that for about a day, achieving rank 30 and above. I've been playing intermittently after that since what was left to accomplish were all time consuming endeavors. Such as finishing out the higher levels, completing the armor challenges, weapon challenges and getting 40,000 kills overall in-game. Working on weapon challenges is what I was doing when I met Ignotis Ordo and his battle brothers. So you could say that I've pretty much been thoroughly enjoying the game.

Not exactly new, but I don't know very much about it. I read partly through one of the books (though it was mostly titan warfare on a forge world) and have read about some of the history via wiki sites. I also played through Kill Team. I'm aware of the Adeptus Astartes (of course), the Emperor and his golden throne, the Primarchs, the twenty original Legions, the Horus Heresy, the Gods of Chaos, the Warp, the Adeptus Mechanicus, Titans, and the various alien life forms that are a constant threat to mankind, such as Orks and Tyranids. That's about it.
