Announcement Forum Changes

Essentially there were posts going in there that should have gone elsewhere and I have gotten fed up of moving them.
This doesn't affect Faction Masters, Global Mods or Admin who can continue to post official announcements. All other members can still view and reply however.

A lesson in Terminology to eliminate confusion
www.revenantwings.org is a "website" hosted on a "web server"
/spacemarine is a myBB "board"
Forum News is a "category"
Annoucements is a "forum"
This thing we are typing into is a "thread"
So I have restricted the Announcment forum to people who should be posting there. Those members who do not hold leadership positions shouldn't be posting in there anyway (as it's purpose is to allow Mods, Admin and Faction Masters to make easy and high profile announcements) so the only outfall of this is less work for the mods!
If a member has something they need in there they can ask us to move it. Just his way around the Board is a little neater and tidier.

Ah, in light of that I rescind my drastic statement, and consider that a valid revocation of people's posting rights.
I forget sometimes end-users are not as well educated in website runnings and terminology as I am and should have explained myself better in the initial post. Sorry for your confusion mate!
