two ghouls drop at the licking flames and you mange to rip through the rubble, you run thrrough the door with just enough time as the rubble collaapses behind you, trapping the ghouls inside

Brand yells at the ghouls "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!" and connects his napalm tank to his flamethrower and pours napalm all over the buiding

The napalm pours over the fragule wood of the building, and an entire wall comes down, ghouls, aflame, but furious poir from the building an a burning tide, running rampant all over the town, but ten see you, ten look at you with ravenous hunger as they begin pushing their sizzling limbs to get their hands on you

Brand draws his revolver and brings his flame thrower to the ready for when the ghouls are in range. he steady's his breath and fires all 6 of his shots from his revolver

Brand reloads his revolver and heads towards the last couple of buildings ready to set them ablaze and rid the town of the currpotion

THe buildings are fulled to the brim with undead, it seems this is where the townsfolk stuffed the sick during the infections, your flames cleanse the homesteads until nothing remains inside, no past of its occupants

Brand quickly observes the burning settlement and scans for any ghouls that are left over. he then radios Sanctuary to inform them that the town has been taken care of and he is on his way back.

Brand waits for a moment then heads over to a building and grabs an iron spike and 2 long pieces of lumber and makes a cross at the gate of the town

Derrik grins looking over the town, "damn was it bad? the town called for aide a few weeks back, some ghouls got in....we couldnt do anything..got stuck chasing that damn monster purge around

Brand removes his helmet and stares at the burning wreckage then turns to Derrik and replies "these outlying settlements are protective of one another if they start becoming infected the disease spreads faster then our flames when we purge the town."

He nods, shaking his head," it never ends you know? No matter how many we burn , no matter how many we kill...it just never ends

"You know Derrik its only cause we are recovering from the first outbreak, as long as we are still fighting we will win this war we shall overcome the infected ghouls however when that day comes either in ours or our generations after us we can have the solidarity to know that we fought to keep the infection away from the ones we cherish" a moment of silence passes between the two keepers as they watch the buildings crumble and the fires cling to life on the ashes pf the settlementfinally Brand turns to Derrik and says "well the higher ups are probably getting worried lets head back to sanctuary"

You should know that dieing comes with the job both Marton and Kaliea knew that and were willing to die fighting this so called demon. whatever happens to Keepers we must maintain our composure for if our will shatters then so to will the walls of the Sanctuary."

As you turn, you see a single figure in a tattered robe, hes thin but atletic, at his hip is a long machete, and on his chest, the ho siht emblem for purifier can be seen in the setting son
